The system features high automation, high efficiency, and stable quality, and is widely used in major automobile factories.

　　I. Project Introduction:

　　There are four types of glass requiring adhesive application on the production line:

　　II. Project Characteristics

　　(1) This solution uses industrial robots to complete the entire process from placing the glass on the loading platform to completing the adhesive dispensing, achieving a high degree of automation. It is also equipped with an assist arm, reducing the number of workers and lessening the workload on the production line.

　　(2) The on-site glass needs to cross the logistics channel, and the handling robot has a relatively large span. The glass is transported using a vacuum suction cup throughout the entire handling process to prevent scratches. The solution includes a protective cover during the passage through the logistics channel to prevent the glass from falling during handling.

　　(3) A six-axis robot is used for glass adhesive dispensing, ensuring uniform and neat adhesive application.
